Here's the thing I noticed: every Friday meeting, the small jobs got pushed. New custom build? Top of the queue. Half-bath refresh in Wash Park? "We'll get to that in a few weeks." The homeowner waited. Then waited. Then called somebody else.

I went out on my own in 2012 to build something different. The Punch List Guy takes the jobs the big firms won't. We size them honest, schedule them tight, and finish them before we start the next one. No subs you've never met. No three-month gaps.
